1. Digital content only
Every payment is for access to Frexx Club digital content, livestreams, replays, chat features, badges or community features. A purchase never creates an entitlement to Roblox value or fulfilment.
- No Roblox items, Robux, trades, accounts, vouches or escrow.
- No prizes, raffles, paid giveaways, random rewards or guaranteed in-game benefits.
- No user-to-user marketplace or direct messages.
2. Tickets and memberships
PPV tickets unlock the named event, eligible event chat and the stated replay window. Membership unlocks included content only while the membership remains active and in good standing. Some premium events may require a separate ticket.
3. Frexx Gifts
Frexx Gifts are optional digital support features used inside a Frexx Club livestream. Each Gift is a direct purchase of that support feature only.
- Gifts are digital support features.
- Gifts are non-transferable.
- Gifts are non-redeemable.
- Gifts have no cash value to users.
- Gifts do not create entitlement to Roblox items, Robux, trades, accounts, prizes, giveaways or guaranteed in-game benefits.
- Gifts are not raffle entries.
- Gifts are not competition entries.
- Gifts are not random rewards.
- Gifts are not a currency or wallet.
4. Parents and guardians
Users who are not legally able to purchase independently must obtain approval from a parent or guardian. The approving adult is responsible for reviewing the product, price, recurring terms and device account used for purchase.
5. Conduct and moderation
Frexx Club may delete content, mute or ban accounts, revoke chat privileges or suspend access to protect users and enforce these rules. Paid access does not exempt a user from moderation.
6. Digital delivery, refunds and disputes
Access is delivered digitally after successful payment. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension while a dispute is reviewed.
7. Platform independence
Frexx Club is an independent creator platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox or TikTok.
