Data we use
We may process account identifiers, email address, display name, access entitlements, membership state, event viewing records, device and security logs, support messages and preferences needed to operate the service.
Payments
Stripe handles payment details. Frexx Club stores payment references, product metadata, payment status and entitlement records, but should not store full card details.
Cookies and browser storage
Frexx Club uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, checkout, account sessions, security and live access. The site is not currently using analytics or advertising cookies.
Chat and moderation
Club chat messages, reports, moderation actions and audit records may be retained to enforce safety rules, investigate abuse and resolve support issues. There are no user-to-user DMs.
Children and guardian involvement
A parent or guardian should supervise account creation and purchases where required. The production policy must define age thresholds, lawful basis and consent handling for launch markets.
Deletion and contact
Users may request account data access or deletion through the launch support contact. Some financial, dispute, fraud-prevention and moderation records may need to be retained where legally permitted or required.
