Free live streams
Frexx Club live streams are free to watch when available. Payments are for membership perks or optional digital support Gifts, not paid admission to the live.
Technical failure
If a Frexx Club or streaming-provider failure prevents meaningful access, Frexx Club may extend replay access, reschedule the event, issue account credit where legally appropriate, or refund the affected purchase.
Memberships
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund an already-started billing period. Local mandatory cancellation and cooling-off rights still apply.
Frexx Gifts
Frexx Gifts are direct digital support purchases delivered instantly as a stream feature, so they are generally non-refundable once sent. Where a technical fault causes a duplicate or failed gift purchase, contact support and Frexx Club will review and correct genuine errors. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred.
Chargebacks and guardian responsibility
Contact support before starting a chargeback so access and payment records can be reviewed. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising purchases by minors and securing payment methods.
